Top skip looks to be chained down. No higher than a double deck trailer and obviously not a lot of weight on. Nothing moved when he went round the roundabout so no idea why you think the car driver was close to death.

I would say that only a cowboy skip driver and company would have ventured on the road with those skips loaded like that
the top skip is barely inside the next one. Imagine what would happen if someone braked really hard and skippy had to do the same he would have had a sore head. Vosa would have had a stop put to that. There was new laws bought in a few years ago along with the safe load security and there is a limit to how many skips you can put on. Eddie.
