Carryfast, this isn’t fair to other posters here who do not want to read this stuff. If you want me to i’ll happily split your stuff off into bullys for further discussion with whoever wants to carry it on, but please no more of this here .

Fair enough Mike.edited.I’ll probably sort out that off topic issue with BJD by PM

Whatever your thoughts on Elite and the utilisation of rail or falling container volumes, it’s good that the majority of the drivers at Elite are still in work and have a wage coming in while they decide to stay or move on

I’ve also heard that those already finished will be paid redundancy by the Crown, hopefully they’ve found work and this will give them a little something to ease the pain over the past 7 weeks

Quite a few people getting some ex elite motors on the cheap. Trans t have bought a load and coltons have had 4

Received a cheque last saturday for full amount of invoice owed not 37p in the pound as some state, paid in to the bank expecting the cheque to be returned but cleared and in our account

Does this not invalidate the CVA?

If you agree you to pay your creditors 37p in the pound, then you pay one creditor more, are you not making them a “preferred creditor”?

It’s obviously not putting off Subbies working for them that much because they have gained lots more Subbies recently!!
