As you don’t know what I know il leave it there I have more knowledge than you seem to think.
As for the person wanting the details il take your word on that but I think he’s selling himself short.
Good luck with future trainees as said before they are worth more.

Beetee07 thanks so much for leading all trainers here to the promised land. The Holy Grail of training techniques. Find out what type of truck a trainee wants to drive and talk about that. OMG 31 years teaching LGV students and somehow I missed that one.
By now I’m sure all trainers have restructured their courses to include this most vital and honestly priceless money can’t buy piece of genius course inclusion
As Only Alan says Wake up and smell the coffee. PS A great post Only Alan.

I have had 39 years in the industry and that include teaching I came back on the road because I don’t agree with the way training has gone.
So you were in prime position to help change how training works for the better but decided it was beneath you.
None of your posts have served any purpose other than to insult the OP.
Sometimes the only way in to a job is to start at the bottom and work up (and this is also reflected in the wage) it’s not something exclusive to this industry but something that happens across most industries.
With the amount of new drivers here saying they can’t get experience and are desperate for someone to give them a chance, this is a possible avenue they can pursue - well done OP
