Is it just me who thinks the man is having a little giggle with his posts?I reckon so, nobody could be THAT fond of himself.
I’ve always had UKt down as a bit of a tongue in cheek ■■■■■■■■■ (in a nice way) and he always seems to get some debate going on mass…in fact some say he’s a right mass debater I’ve heard.
Only kidding ( I know he can take a bit of banter)
In one. I put a lot of truth into my posts that should spark a good DEBATE off. Some of my posts are purposely provocative purely for this very reason. I do receive lots of private messages though on here telling me how they love some of my postings, so I suppose I do it on a 80/20 split. 80% factual and 20% showmanship. But it is a great way to get the better posters all under one roof so as to speak. Thats what usually happens on my posts and probably why I am such a popular member.
UKtramp stop just stop your not that super you drive a truck. If the other job was that super you would not be driving a truck. Now your saying you have a fanclun sending PMs now you have went to far.

Thanks for the heads up Col He charged me £20 to be in his club and told me that I was one of the ’ Chosen few '.
Even promised me a badge
If there wasn’t a shortage of “skilled drivers” then how come that there is this drive to get drivers to work upto 84 hours per week, regardless of wage?
Surely if there were plenty of drivers about, and not enough jobs - there would be bountiful 25-40 hour per week jobs out there - thus giving more drivers a piece of the action?
It wouldn’t matter if such jobs were for minimum wage, since a part time job @ minimum wage might even be of strategic advantage in your household, eg. if you’re missus is disabled or something…

Ignore him, he is bitter that he was refused membership , your badge is in the post. On the subject of badges, does anyone remember the Blue Peter badge? As a child when all other children received a white plastic badge, I had a gold one. I was special from a very young age.

Is it just me who thinks the man is having a little giggle with his posts? For sure. He’s bread and butter trolling. He blew it with this line. Should’ve gone more subtle…
“although you yourself may not have my standing and respect,”
He went full bellend in a few posts. You never go full bellend.
So on your theory of a troll, would professor Stephen Hawkins himself be considered a troll?
Because you’re peas in a pod?

Why do I not doubt that?
Btw The word ‘special’ can apply to many different contexts…just saying like.

Troll circuits set to overload…about to blow the troll fuse
Ok, Have you thought of this one…■■?
HE COULD BE SERIOUS HERE AND ACTUALLY BELIEVE HIS OWN HYPE. !!
Leave that with you off to bed got 2 pints to sleep off.
Rob, there is no hype that I have created myself. However the hype that naturally surrounds me is I must admit a little spooky. I have a natural authoritarian aurora that comes with intelligence and as also having been in the Army, I am a natural leader of men. But lets get the spotlight away from me for a moment as I am not wanting to attract this attention. I am more interested in others experiences of the current job market. My opinion is that there is a newer breed of driver appearing and overtaking the usual drivers that we find throughout the industry. They and I include myself in these types, are known as SMART drivers and we are basically a step above the norm. The norm is the “I have diesel running through my veins” who bring only pure driving skills to the table. I and other SMART drivers bring a lot more. We have the intellectual properties and other skill sets that the others do not possess. There are small niche jobs around that call for my type, not your general haulage type jobs.
A “sheriff’s badge” would be appropriate in this instance

You are a lorry driver.

I have a natural authoritarian aurora
WTF…
Does that mean?
aurora noun [ C ] /ɔːˈrɔː.rə/ /ɔːˈrɔːˈrɔːr.ə/ specialized
a natural appearance of coloured light in the sky, that is usually seen in the latitudes (= parts of earth) nearest the Arctic or Antarctic
Did you mean aura?
aura noun [ C ] uk /ˈɔː.rə/ us /ˈɔːr.ə/
a feeling or character that a person or place seems to have:
The woods have an aura of mystery.
There’s an aura of sadness about him.
a type of light that some people say they can see around people and animals
For someone who claims to be ‘smart’ you’re quite dumb at times.
