I’ll try and find the one with a motor cyclist hits the back of a trailer and gets his head stuck in the roller shutter.

I think his error is that he has tried to link to images that are email attachments.
Try saving them to your pc and uploading them to tinypic.com or imageshack.us

Or attach them to the post on here, no need for a hosting company then.
