I personally think thats a bit harsh. What if they were on a break. I don’t get paid for my breaks so I’ll do what I like in the time I have and if that involves a ‘power nap’ then so be it. So some nosey pillock with a camera(phone) has just put two blokes on the dole queue…outstanding

Council Bin Lorries use domestic driving hours, that is of course if they were on domestic collections but having done this job myself I can tell you that half of the day is spent passing time and sometimes an even bigger percentage of it is used passing time.

Its OK to fall asleep in the house of commons and the house of lords and get paid for it.Plus the pay is much more than the binmen get.
Sometimes I’ll have a 15 minute nap 3hrs in, then 30 mins later on when required by tacho, can’t see the problem myself.
Busy body has just cost someone their livelyhood, I’d want to find out who it was and help them get on with their life personally. 
Why is it so easy for an anonymous ■■■■■■ to remove someone’s job, whilst the ■■■■■■ doesn’t even get named to have a “right of reply” against? 
If I ever employ anybody and somebody sent me photos like this with a grassing-up letter I would send him a brief reply telling to ■■■■ off and go ■■■■ his mother.
