That’s the approach my boss favours 
We often get complaints from poor little darlings held up behind the big mean wide load driver
One rung up and accused me of doing 75mph on the a34 
The bosses reply was along the lines of “if he wasn’t going up a [zb] hill I’ll kick the lazy dawdling [zb] arse then, now [zb] off and get a life” 
He thinks it’s much funnier though when he’s out in one of the wagons and the call get’s forwarded straight to him when he’s the one being accused of something
