Hey Thetaff,i bet you know all about arses…
TTX boy:
I did my first cpc day last month and it was drilled in to us that this practice is illegal.VOSA are starting to tug drivers over this because they know drivers take a break while they are being unloaded.
Is this the Operator CPC or the Driver CPC?
I hope it was a free course and they are not charging you for this incorrect information

Either knock off the personal attacks or say goodbye to the forum - your choice-
Look, you made some misinformed comments, and to be frank some outrageous claims that show you dont really have the knowledge you need, now you can either learn and get to know what you need or continue to be badly informed.

This site has many experts and one of those is geebee45 who is a VOSA EXPERT - by EXPERT I mean not just one of the usual roadside stop crew if you get my drift - and I am absolutley certain that he will give you the same answers that all of us have been giving you.
Do you really think that the members of this site would give you duff info with such experts about who would shoot us all down in flames and make us all look stupid as well if we were wrong
I have made errors in the past where the regulations are concerned - ask the members, they will tell you that is true - but I have always kept an open mind and been receptive to those that know more than me.
One of the main purposes of a site like this is for those that get the wrong end of the stick or are told myths to come and air what they have been told and to get the true version.
Please guys - lets try to HELP this new member - YES
The one question I am asking? is it lack of knowledge or a wind up… you decide I have my own opinion that no-one in this day and age can be that badly informed- plus IP tracker helps
Hey thetaff, nothing wrong in liking boys if thats your thing…but call me old fashioned i like girls.
And the rest of you,i’ll be waiting for you all to admit you were wrong.

After my last post and reading that quote above, it has to be a wind up because I refuse to believe that anyone could be that unreceptive.
At least we had a good trawl through the regs on this issue before the personal stuff started

I was going to reply to this, but Taff has said he has a thick skin… and I am going to break one of my own rules, and call you an idiot,
the rules and regulations have been provided to you in this thread, if you had any justification for what you were saying you could have easily pointed that out, but you cant, why, because your either on a wind up or cant see that that the guys here are showing you without doubt your mistaken.
that said
I will not accept any more personal attacks from anyone in this thread (was nice to get one in for myself for a change )
either keep it on topic EVERYONE or welcome to premoderation status (and that includes me)

well put sir
i use it,only if im on service or vor,or,if i get to a car dealer and get informed i have to wait for a specified period time for someone to check my delivered cars in which can take anything from 30 mins to hours.im not putting it on break,as im not free to dispose of my time, and not other work ,as im not working.my bit has been done, and im waiting for others.the latter happens on a regular basis, especially with compound deliveries.as my understanding of the regs goes,i dont think im doing it wrong.

Article 4 of EU regs
BREAK = not working
REST = free to dispose of my time
