You raise some good points RE consumer protection laws, Thing is even if a judge in the small claims court finds the case in your favour, that doesn’t always mean that you will get your money back the trainer maybe happy to collect ccj’s , Maybe someone should ask BBC’s watchdog to investigate
There again it maybe that all you could reasonably expect the training co to do would be offer you a free 7hrs to be given a chance to provide the training (accurate) training that you paid for in thew first place (of course this would hopefully include the upload fee )
