Eos did it for me. passed Ist time cant believe it, got a brilliant tutor through eos that helped greatly, hope all you guys also passed
Got the EOS course material and tutored myself. Was a shed-load of work but passed all 3 units first time. I sat all 3 units the same day and came out like I’d been in the ring with Mike Tyson. Did others do that, or did you split it up, or am I just a wimp?

I also took all three units on the day but failed unit 2. I’m going to hop over to the EOS website and see if I can get study materials just for that unit.

Ive got the friendberry home course seems ok but im bored out my ■■■■ reading. The dvds are brutal think i’ll need some hard drugs to watch them 
Im sitting all 3 units on march 4th, not sat a written test in roughly 10 years, god help me
I think i’ll do alright with unit 1 and 2 because the answers are there in multi choice. But unit 4 just looks horrible, as soon as the paper gets released i’ll be on here nipping dieseldaves head

Yeah ive been reading examiners past reports on there, he kinda slates the candidates performance. And the pass rates are not great especially for unit 4 which is why im a bit nervous about it.
Make sure you get the scenario as soon as poss and really read it through then do all the costings you think they could ask then the drivers schedules that are possible thats big marks straight away, its good to read the reports lets you see what they are looking for if i had not done that I might have not answered questions right as often i was on the wrong track !!!

Just got my result too, pasted unit 4 aswell. Delighted. We done to all the others that pasted. EOS Study notes and the Friendberry Practice Case Study worked for me.
Got my results today - and passed all modules so unless they can get up a petition to revoke it I now have a national CPC - better get the books for the International and do that one…
God I’ll be really unbearable now !!!
And congrats to everyone else who passed and and thanks EOS notes wouldn’t have done it without you. This is starting to sound like an Oscars acceptance speech

It seems that the TNUK members who took their CPC this time were quite successful.
As I’ve said many times on here, the EOS student notes are the industry standard for the operator CPC.
Mr Friendberry knows his stuff, and there’s no denying that, but IMHO the voice of Friendberry on DVDs and films can be monotonous.
I’ve had no dealings with other CPC course materials providers, so it wouldn’t be fair for me to comment on them.
I’ll still say that classroom tuition (by a good tutor) beats homestudy for the vast majority of candidates, because questions can be answered in ‘real time’ and the people in a class will often form friendships and support each other.
For nipper2, my heartfelt commiserations on your unit #2 fail. 
My gut feeling tells me that you probably only failed unit #2 for an administrative reason (forgot to sign or date exam sheet) or you were a narrow fail by only a mark or two.
I reckon you’ll nail unit #2 next time, because you only need to focus on that particular info in a multi-choice format. 
I got the envelope this morning, and it’s pass for me! Thanks DD for advice posted, and everyone else who has posted advice. I reckon TNUK helped a lot, whenever I was struggling with something I’d search the site to see what info there was. So thanks to all of TNUK.
