So anything I post has to be passed by moderation , and as dennis said 99% of your posts go in the random crap bin , so any that appear on here are passed as ok by moderation !!! But are deemed that bad that some want to deactivate there accounts , and were called nut jobs !!!

As a fellow nutcase, dozy, I can sort of see your point and agree with it, it makes you wonder how some can actually get in a truck and cope with driving, imagine if someone pipped their horn at them or stuck their fingers up at them. They must surely tear their licence up!!!
Trouble is, when I see you start a subject I can only expect arguments and accusations and the funny thing is, it seems to always be you, and yet hear you are bleating that it’s all everyone else’s fault.
I can’t really believe what you have written in the above sentence. If a member starts a thread and it evolves into arguments and accusations surely that is up to the members that respond and not the OP?
If you don’t like the subject a member has posted then don’t read it. Simple. This is a forum and forums are meant for discussion and opinions on the threads posted. Sometimes members have different opinions and sometimes they develop into arguments. Some seem to handle these arguments better than others where as some seem to lose it and start name calling and being down right rude. There are probably members that dislike you but and think you type a load of tosh but I am sure most of them just ignore it and carry on.

The thing with these threads is whatever is written, relevant or not, baiting or not, serious or not, people look at the poster then you get half a dozen or so “here we go again/got the popcorn out” childish replies and then, guess what, it carries on like that.
As I’ve said earlier I find it weird that people get het up about anonymous pixels on a screen but it can be controlled, by ignoring it or pressing next thread or the back button or whatever.
There’s people in here on both sides of the alleged line that have put more effort into replying here than they ever have done on any “serious” thread.
Let’s be clear about the role of a moderator, we’re here to make sure posts are within the guidelines set out in the rules that each and every one of us accepted when we joined up, that’s it.
We are not here to take sides in arguments, our brief is simple, if it’s within the rules, it stays, if it’s not, it goes. Our personal opinions do not have a place in this and I believe that we all take an unbiased view of what’s posted on the forums.
However, I’m also a member of the forums and as such, I have the freedom to voice my opinion and to be honest I think this situation is pathetic, you don’t like someone, ignore them, block them, or leave the forums, don’t make a big drama out of it, just deal with it like an adult.
Finally, this thread is in itself a breach of site rules, we don’t allow personal attacks, not on anyone, even if you believe that the person is a troll, that’s the rule and it applies to everybody. So let’s just move on to something productive, continuing this is a waste of everyone’s time.

Sorry but the thread isn’t really in breach of the forum rules is it, though some posts in it may be and the PDF may not be the best place for it.
Unless I’ve missed something the OP hasn’t attacked anyone, he expressed some dismay at some of the replies in another thread, it’s hardly his fault if other less polite people jump on the bandwagon

For those that remember me pre moderator badge will know that I couldn’t stand tramp then and guess what, I still can’t now! But that’s Reef the regular forum members personal point of view, Reef the moderators point of view has to be as unbiased to him as it is for every other forum member.

There is a great example of being completely unbiased, to be fair it cuts both ways, I never used to like reef before he was a mod and guess what, I still don’t, I do have my favourite mod of course … NOT… That’s my whole point, I don’t know any of them personally (I don’t think) who knows I might actually know Rikki through the RCT or may know a few peeps he knows, matters not a jot, as that is in real life and not on here. I may know some of you on here, I do know of a few who use this site but I never let on that i use this site so you would never know who I am. Anyways regardless to who knows who, the members who consider themselves as important or in a clique are taking things way out of proportion and obviously have no real life so compensate their lack of real friends by being so suspicious and really uptight on here, why don’t I get upset on here and name call people ? Because I have a life and real friends, not imaginary or anonymous names on a computer. Therefore this site for me is pure and simple, a bit of banter with those that can take it and for learning and debating truck related topics, humorous and serious topics. That’s it in a nutshell, I feel for anyone who doesn’t fit in to a real life or doesn’t have many friends, I can honestly say that in real life I am, successful, popular with both my work mates and my friends and I would do anything for anyone if I can, on here I appear totally the opposite to all that, so really anything doesn’t affect me on here, can I understand others who take this so seriously? Not really but I tend not to insult or say anything nasty about anyone as I genuinely would not want to hurt anyone if this affects them to the point of them genuinely feeling bad. Feel free to insult me, say whatever you like as remember this important point, you are merely text on my screen and when I turn it off, you turn off with it. It is only you that carry the hatred and feelings towards me and not me. I am no troll or have any feelings one way or another for any text on my screen. Because that’s all it is. I like this site as much as anyone, it is a good resource, I get on with a fair amount of members on here who are sensible and unbiased, the ones who take it too far and insult people are insignificant to me as I should be to you.
