Buzzer:
Charlie I went out in the rain storm on my Raleigh delivery cycle with a fierce headwind and torrential down poor & pedalled my way to the Wheatsheaf with a half gallon jar of my world famous pickled shallots strapped securely to the handlebars just so you had some for Christmas and you let me down bigtime, also there where a pack of my equally world famous pork sausages but you were a no show. I took no ale while there and i told Gazzer to auction said goods and Gerbil snaffled the bangers but Gazzer refused the auction plan and put the shallots in his car he said he would let you collect from his yard but I would not hang around if I were you or you wont see them they will be winging there way to Espana, I am a disappointed man of his word right now, Buzzer.

John.I am so sorry I’ve let you down. I’ve been at QA since yesterday watching

my wife slowly slip away. I really feel bad about letting you down but when I got

the phone call I just dashed off. I’m home for a few minutes to have a shower and

clean clothes and then I’m off back to the hospital.Really sorry mate. Charlie

Morning Andrew,
Your jurney takes me back a bit, great pics.
1999 I did Igoumenitsa to Bitola and the roads were crap to say the least but now it looks like they have spent some money at last.
Trikala to Igoumenitsa would have taken you for ever.
Thanks for the “update” great stuff. Harvey

Hi Harvey
Yes lots of motorway now but still managed a bit of National driving as well from Trikala across if your not going up your going down & most enjoyable too!
Cheers Andrew

DEANB:

Couple of fruit collections to get me back to Blighty this first one really quiet as one would expect in the country lol

The picture doesn’t do it justice over the bank by trees is a bit of a lake & canal with a wooden bench seating area overlooking it all!!

This collection makes the previous one seem like a city centre lol it’s got its own un official one way system in & out.Going in starts thru houses then turn off up a single track rd without passing places & turn left into there gate & a cobbled drive go round back for loading bays the first two pics.

The next pics are on the bends of the cobbled drive coming out & just in the gateway but straight out down the hill into the village & away hopefully without meeting a sat nav warrior coming in??

Don’t know why but I like going here!!!

Unfortunately this place I do not like going to but gotta take the rough with the smooth n all that? Its nr Maidstone the road in/out is S#%t & bay we use is even worse not an even inch of ground in the whole place & reverse alongside a concrete wall all at an angle too but for all that I’ve never been held up normally a quick tip !!
