I’ve asked my TM about hardwired dashcams, he said its up to management to decide as it means the outlay for the cameras and then the fittings. He did say that we are allowed to use our own personal ones though, many at our place have them now anyway. Could of used one at the beginning of the year, had some old fool pull straight on the A5 past Towcester, I was doing 50 but thankfully wasn’t loaded and there wasn’t any traffic coming the other way as I had to use the other lane to avoid killing him. The cars behind me must of gotten a shock.

Having driven past it a few times, it seems that way. The A5 is a very fast and busy road.
I used to struggle to get in because of all the paparazzi and autograph hunters. Once, the police had to shut the entire A5 while I did selfies.
Thinking of going back with a pasting table and auctioning off my uniform.
