Just to balance the thread, there is a world of difference between true Romani and Irish Travelers.

but you may not have been confronted and threatended by the gypo’s? I have and i suspect most truckers have? The hassle you for diesel they steal and everywhere they go they leave a trail of destruction and mess

i am not a gypsie but you are confusing two different races, genuine roma gypsie will on the hole not give you any trouble they just want to live their lives, its the irish travellers that are the problem they are the ones that pester you for deisel and nic it. the roma are a proud race and disassociate themselves from the irish travellers, if you accuse them of being irish tinkers they get more than upset. the roma i know live on sites where they pay rent for the site. yes they do travel at times but always come back to there site. i haven’t got the time of day for the irish travellers they have made a rod for their own back with their whole attitude,and yes they ask for all they get

The residents of crays hill(where dale farm is) have had thier lives ruined. The local primary school used to be the number 1 in the country, it is now at the bottom. The local residents have seen thier property values slump because of these gypies, who would want to buy a house next to a gypsy site?
Having lived in billericay(about 5 miles from dale farm) I have seen what these gypsies are like.
Imagine if you built an extension 6 inches to wide, the local council would be down on you like a ton of bricks.
The people who stick up for these gypsies should let them live on thier land!
My grandad was an estate agent before and after the war and dealt with property all over london/home counties, and he said that even the roma gypsies were thieving gits.
And to make matters worse, the gypsy won big brother!!! Just shows you how many stupid people there are in this country.
The only reason I know the gypsy won is because I heard it on the radio

Now that is one of the most sensible posts I’ve ever seen on here.
With rights come responsibilities, we seem to have forgotten that in this country.
I used to work in a fascia soffit and guttering trade warehouse. They are all just scummy intimidating scroungers and they bring NOTHING good to society or the economy, they are criminals who cheat, lowest of the low. They rip people off for shoddy cowboy work. They should all be put to sleep like animals as that’s how they behave and that’s the only mentality they have. And all the kids in the campsite under 3 should be taken away and thrown into the adoption programme otherwise they will just grow up to be like them.

i would like to be there when they get evicted, with a bulldozer flattening any of the scum who get in my way. they said they would rather burn their vans and caravans than leave, i’ll help and even start the fires for them.

I done a delivery not long ago to the Toomey car site in basildon which is a large multi make sitw, talking to one of the parts store staff he mentioned that they in one week had cars or parts of cars stolen off the lot (all on cctv with vehicles that are kept on dale farm), the petrol station staff had been threated when they refused to start the pump on a vehicle and asked the driver to pay inadvance and the Renault dealership had done an ECU fix to a van and where told that they should do it foc or lose their windows !!
Another guy told me how his wife works in a hair dressers and 3 women had had £100 hair cuts each and basically said thanks but your not getting a penny. The only thing is at least you know where they are at present !
