Can any one tell from the picture which transport companies yard this is, its the
cream and green Atkinsons not the Foden and Daf from Marsden Freight services north shields.

Riccarton Junction,on the “Waverley Route” between Carlisle and Edinburgh.Went through there about 1953/4 on the train from Sheffield to Edinburgh - steam days.

Blimey, the old Moggy Minor van! GJM253G

It was previously an ex National Trust van, originally dark green. The heater fan started making a terrible noise so Len and I took it apart and found a pipe (as in Popeye the sailor man type) stuck in there.

Anybody remember Trevor Browns from Silloth, this was first motor I drove, also they ran Fords, ERF, and Fiats. ( photo taken from sales brochure posts)
