My Dad known as Ted used to work for Crow Carrying, the only place i remember him telling me about was the depot in Silvertown. He used to be a Motor Fitter. He still has the Crown keyring to this day. He moved on in the 80’s i think and ended up at Tankfreight over in Greenwich Mordon Wharf Road i think. He never talked much about work but i know he worked long hours as he was up every day at 4.00/4.30am.
