Saw this truck today,and it got me thinking.
I have personally never seen more side window than this covered by curtains.
Can anyone beat this?

I`ve seen worse, on LHDs in this country, each to their own 
Can’t see much out of that kerb mirror Mr Downton!
one of my (now ex) drivers had his curtains like that, he had even put extra curtain runners between the hooks to space them out evenly
well, he did, right up until i spotted it and removed his curtains and told him to put them back without the spacers, and if i couldn’t see ALL of his mirrors completely, i would remove the curtains again and he would not be allowed to refit them
such as the one pictured, the driver cannot see the kerb mirror at all, and that is dangerous
Can’t totty spot like that, maybe batting for the other team?
Mine are like that and check out some of the Irish lads ones 
I saw a Merc Sprinter van fitted with the frilly curtains drawn almost closed Saturday in Glasgow…

Youd be surprised how many drivers dont know what the kerb view mirror is for [certain words give it away for me, but…], because the amount of trucks I have to reposition this mirror in, during my vehicle checks is alarming IMO

some of our day lads like there curtains like those posted. they get the hump if i move them on my night shift, but i like good vision.
i’m all for a smart truck, clean, tidy, etc, but not a fan of frilly curtains etc, especially when it covers the kerb mirror.
Also appear to be hiding a massive bellend behind them judging by the fine example I have just witnessed.
Overtook me on the inside approaching a roundabout, cut me up on the roundabout, I knew exactly where he was heading, the same place I was.
Sure enough I get to the Gatehouse and this pant stain is in front of me.
Now the drill at this place is through Gatehouse, Park up, go see goods in and get a bay.
Not this ■■■■, straight onto a bay, then pushes past the 2 of us with ‘I’m on a bay love’ to the girl behind the desk, who promptly stops doing the paperwork of the guy in front of me, and does the ■■■■■■■■
Now, I’m sure the keyboard warriors would have kicked his head in or something, I prefer a more relaxed approach. Just got a coffee and was quietly happy my life isn’t that bad that I have to act like a complete prick just to get through the day!

If you were a Police man or VOSA and passed the frilly curtain man, what would you do, in my opinion it looks daft and poofy.Tin hat on, it is his money, blah blah.

BRING BACK THE FULLY GLAZED BACK CAB 
IE LEYLAND ROADTRAIN ETC ,these said new drivers would pull there bloody hair out with all that glass to cover .
Always makes me think they are trying to hide something.
