it does not really matter because if they know them then they know them and doing a few questions twice would cause no great problems
Rog, you really haven’t got a handle on module 4. The scope of the questions is a lot wider than the show me tell me questions and, as I’ve already said, is all demonstration.
this firm is offering training for module 4
Please sir, they’re not on their own - but advertising not allowed so can’t say more!!

hi Rog
Module 3 — Practical Test
From 10th September 2008 the current practical on-road driving test is being
developed to include an Eco-Safe Driving assessment. Although this will not
contribute to the result of the test, during the test the examiner will assess your
ability to control the vehicle and plan your drive in an eco-safe manner. If you do
not do so this will be recorded on the test report form. You will be handed further
information on eco-safe driving at the end of the test.
Actual on-road driving time for all rigid categories will be increased slightly to a
minimum of 1 hour. This will give examiners the opportunity to assess a candidate’s
driving in more varied traffic conditions and on a wider variety of roads.
AH yes, I knew about that but in truth it is already covered by the current marking sheet by such things as ‘gears’ or ‘accelerator’ etc…

yes but you can fail for getting the wrong gears, but the Eco-Safe Driving is an assessment(which is a new part) and can not fail that bit and it is not in the current hgv test

If you were on test and drove in gear 7 at 50 on a flowing dual carriageway when gear 8 would be better then it gets a mark against - why? - because it is not the apropriate gear for that speed in relation to the mechanics and economy - it’s revving it’s nuts off

Are we a year behind?
