As stated the app I purchased gave me all the questions and the answers for the theory test and it was bang on, it’s hardly an over the top expectation that the same would have been true for the website you pointed to is it ?
You say that all the answers are on the website you recommend, so seeing as I had been in contact with them via Facebook I thought I would add to your comment.

The guy who got back to me said no they are not.
Have read the large goods vehicle handbook that was hard, now going to go over the theory test app again.
