Stephen Kinnock visited his parents, but stayed distant from them in their garden. Robert Jenrick also visited his parents. Both said they were delivering supplies…
Rosie Duffield also broke the rules by meeting someone from outside her household, and

Notice the differences?

Ur havin a laugh when you say Steven Kinnock was delivering supplies, does he work for Ocado now. Both his parents and him have made a fortune from the EU they could afford deliveries flown in by air so pull the other one.
The reason that ■■■■■■■■ has been treated like this is he is not a very personally liked being, he is arrogant and to boot he did have a major hand in Brexit what ever you think, if he made apology do you think it would have made any difference I doubt that very much, Buzzer

■■■■■■■■ is being looked closely at here because he was at the heart of the Governments rule making over the lockdown. If he had held his hands up earlier, and said "sorry, I was wrong", this would all have been over by now, wouldn

There are many honourable, capable and honest Conservatives out there. Johnson however, I don`t include as one of them.

Is it too soon to relax movements ? BuzzerIf there is a second wave maybe it is because the Gov are rushing to remove restrictions?
They are ■■■■■■■ about getting their own “Track and Trace” phone app up and running when other types are available. They cant get the people for T&T trained correctly. The R number is still too high to allow relaxations. They were too late with lock down and allowed major sporting events to continue too long, they were shaking hands and behaving irresponsibly with their own lives and the publics
lives. We now have pubic health officials, including members of SAGE saying it`s too soon.
.
■■■■■■■■ and Johnson? Many questions still unanswered here, both about ■■■■■■■■ movements, and Johnson`s support of him.
(Some here if you are interested theguardian.com/politics/20 … is-johnson)But it is a question both of attitude from both ■■■■■■■■ and the Gov and it
s advice as a whole. "One rule for them, a different rule for us" stinks. Right or wrong some people will be more likely to flout rules if they see others, especially those in authority do so. ■■■■■■■■ did clearly break the rules: He left work to go home to his wife who had COVID symptoms, and then returned to work. Rules broken. Period. He then moved around when he suspected that he himself had COVID. . Looks like he broke other rules too during the Durham trip, but we have Johnson defending him to the hilt. And Johnson
s defense of him is alienating the public and so risking their co-operation in any health rules.
.
It isn`t in any way right that ■■■■■■■■ can be used as a perverse reason for some to be badly behaved, but getting rid of even a bad reason is surely a good thing?“We now have pubic health officials”
Ok Franglais it’s probably a typo, out to get Johnson and ■■■■■■■■ by the short and curlies no doubt [emoji38] [emoji38]

The BBC and those other sources I used are established and answerable sources. I put up the link so anyone who chooses can check them out.
These sources can be queried, and will issue corrections if wrong. They are liable to be sued if wrong, so are careful in their research, although being staffed by humans Im sure they aren
t always correct first time. .
I could have picked fault in the un-sourced screen shot that Buzzer put up, but it seemed just as easy to look at the truth and spin from other sources.
.
So, generally the BBC does tell the truth.
It may be biased in what it chooses to report or edit out? But lies? I don`t think so.

If we have a Parliamentary system, then I would prefer some form of Proportional Representation.
Not the arf
arsed system proposed a few years ago though.
This is interesting if you have a bit of reading time spare:

There seems to be a lot of merit in “Sortition” too.
We choose by “lottery” citizens to decide innocence/guilt in Law Courts (Juries). Why not the same system to listen to witnesses and decide on laws and governance?
.
It may seem a novel and bizarre system at first, but is a change from the divisive, profession of politics we are seeing at the moment.

It is the reporters job to question MPs and Gov employees.
If the reporters break rules, then they too should also be held to account of course.

The private care homes charge an absolute fortune and many pay minimum wage rates could they not dip into their profits for the help needed or is it just advice they need ?

Whole other can of worms here mate!
.
Cross subsidies of council residents by private ones?
Why is social and medical care privatised anyway? Shouldn’t it be our duty as a society to provide care for elderly as we provide care for the sick?
. Why should private share holders make profit from illness?
.
We know about past inefficiency in the public NHS, but we also know about poor care, in the private sector too.
.
So long as costs are cut to the bone standards will drop.
Those who want those costs cut are the biggest tax payers. Those indeed, who can afford to go to expensive private providers.
Any tax cuts working people get may give us an extra pint, or even an extra weekend away. It won’t pay for hospital or geriatric care.
And even nearer the issue, today Sir David Norgrove, head of the Office of National Statistics criticized the way the Gov is presenting it’s figures and the way it is counting COVID tests.

Well there’s a suprise , another criticising the government. The government are taking advice from so called experts but only last week two of these experts disagreed with the rest and criticised the government. Sky and the BBC get a hold of it and ignore the rest o the experts and concentrate on the two that disagree. If you look on this website how many drivers have different opinions . Just because they disagree it doesn’t mean one is wrong. There’s a hell of a lot of scaremongering going on by the media just like there was with Brexit. The pandemic is easing everyone seems to have different ideas on how to deal with it. Not everyone is right but not everyone is wrong only time will tell. But to criticise every effort just gets tiring.
