Nearly there again:
I wonder if there is a connection with drivers here who spend all day alone In a cab with only themselves for company and the paranoid rantings posted here that the government are out to get them.
If you where qualified in the field microbiology or such you may be creditable but in fact the anti mob here just sound like they like to be edgy by going against the grain.
I would go further. But I had better not!
My GP wears a mask. I would not ask her to reverse a B-Double on to a loading dock. But I would take her advice on epidemiology, virology, spread of infectious diseases, pulmonary gaseous exchange and other matters on which she is vastly more qualified than me.

The trouble is that even the medics dont agree. There is the “official” line and then what they really think.
The "amazing " scientists haven’t rely covered themselves in glory over Covid. In fact, they’ve made a complete ■■■■■■■■ of it.
I’ve lost count of how useless the vast majority of doctors have been in connection with my 96 year old uncle for example.
Clueless is the best way of describing their actions.
In short, there are many clever medics. But there are also many that make mistakes - especially when dealing with things under pressure and or government guidance. I wouldn’t trust Chris Whitty with hoovering the carpet for example. About as much common sense as a sheep, just spouting the pre- agreed government “advice”
Sometimes you have to question motives and why other countries are all doing things differently…
GPs are nothing more than drug salespeople for Big Pharma. Their job isn’t to make you better. Their job is to keep you ill and on a never-ending prescription of drugs to make you feel slightly less ill.
Think the biggest moneyspinner is “anti-depressants”. Utter baloney. Even the pharma companies own research showed they made no difference to depression. They just buried those and went with the ones that said it worked!
Well guys you have convinced me. Two randoms online who drive for living and watched YouTube videos aswell as listen to Alex Jones. Yous know better than folk who have recognised qualifications in their fields of medicine and vaccinations.
Let’s all just go to the pub with no masks, have a group hug, lick each others glasses and then hunt down anyone silly enough to where a mask and get a vaccination. What should we call our merry band of space cadets

Yep.
GP flow chart :
Is blood pressure OK ?
Y = move to 2. N = prescribe statins.
Is diet OK ?
Y = move to 3. N = change diet and do exercise.
Do you smoke ?
Y = stop smoking. N = you’re suffering depression, here’s a prescription for anti-depressants.

Chris Witty does not spout "the pre-agreed government “advice”. He does the exact opposite. His job is to advise the government, which then, hopefully, takes his advice on board, when formulating health policy.
Why choose him to be the CMO (Chief Medical Officer)?
Professor Chris Whitty, CB, FRCP, FFPH, FMedSci. Attained BA in Physiology, DSc in medical science, (Oxford) then went on to attain BM, BCh in Medicine (Also Oxford).
And then…London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (DTM&H in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, 1996; MSc in Epidemiology, 1996), Northumbria University (LLM in Medical Law, 2005), Heriot-Watt University (MBA in Business Administration, 2010), and the Open University (DipEcon in Economics).
He is currently a practising NHS consultant physician at University College London Hospitals and the Hospital for Tropical Diseases, and is also Gresham Professor of Physic at Gresham College. Until becoming CMO he was Professor of Public and International Health at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine where he was also Director of the Malaria Centre. He has worked as a physician and researcher into infectious diseases in the UK, Africa and Asia.
Compare with Boris Johnson.
A 2.1 in Classics. …And err THAT IS IT!
Who would you rather advise us on matters concerning infectious diseases?
The bloke who just about managed to read some 2,000 year-old poetry? Or the other one?

The fact that Whitty is top-heavy in the qualifications department doesn’t detract from the fact that he is ideally placed to perpetuate the blanket fear narrative he and his fellow-travellers have been positioned to launch, safe in the knowledge he’s ideally positioned given the UK’s traditional but tragically deluded mindset that’s easily hoodwinked by anything wearing a white coat and stethoscope.Ideally placed to play it’s (that’s no human entity) crafted role, using that aforementioned-misplaced- reverence, to play it’s part in the biggest assault on the planetary populace since records began. They trialled it with the Spanish flu, where the vaxed achieved peak mortality and i’m guessing the unique nature of this nano-infused offering from D.A.R.P.A will seriously raise the bar and succeed in spreading the spike-proteins to the unjabbed. Got to hand it to them in the evil genius stakes. ‘People’ like Whitty are part of structures and societies not working for the good of all,you just need to look at the dark, reptilian energies peering from those satanic eyes for confirmation. Many of these creeps are often blackmail controlled as well.
Just wondering - have any of the self appointed experts on covid here actually read anything more than a david icke interview? How many years have you all studied virology for?

Let me guess…
David Icke is an idiot and a con artist.
Im not experts. Most of my information comes from the government and peer reviewed journals I base my information mainly on those two sources.
Unfortunately, the government does not like talking about how imperfect the vaccines are. Although they are starting to now slowly. Which NHS running adverts stating you can still catch covid even if you are double jabbed. And Chris Witty and BoJo admitting that the vaccines are not the silver bullet to stop covid.
I also done a post on another thread on why I have not taken the vaccine. If anything I said was wrong and you can convince me otherwise please do. I am pretty open to changing my mind.
adam277:
There is actual evidence on the ineffectiveness of vaccines.
For example your more protected by the Delta variant if you have natural immunity. timesofisrael.com/study-cov … -vaccines/
(Maybe this is classed as jewish propaganda lol but Israel is the most vaccinated country in the world.
I like the warning at the top of the article though. “Experts stress this should not discourage vaccination”
Which is why a country like Sweden which is not well vaccinated is now blocking travelers from the most vaccinated country in the world (Israel) government.se/press-release … macedonia/
Then we have actually research from the university of oxford. ox.ac.uk/news/2021-08-19-va … tudy-covid
“Two doses of either vaccine still provided at least the same level of protection as having had COVID-19 before through natural infection”
So same levels of protection.
"We don’t yet know how much transmission can happen from people who get COVID-19 after being vaccinated – for example, they may have high levels of virus for shorter periods of time.
“But the fact that they can have high levels of virus suggests that people who aren’t yet vaccinated may not be as protected from the Delta variant as we hoped.”
Basically means if you get the jab your still likely to spread it. The vaccine does not stop the spread.
So should you take the vaccines? Well If I was a 50 year old male that was overweight with health issues then yes.
If I was a 21 year old healthy male then no.
From what I have read there is very little to suggest that by me not getting the vaccine I am not putting anyone else in any danger because the transmissibility of the virus does not change vaccinated or vaccinated. If anything I am only putting myself at risk by not having the vaccine.
Also I am under 30 and it appears side effects are more likely to occur in those under 30.
I can understand why the government want everyone vaccinated though as it is all about protecting the NHS. But, for me, that’s not good enough.
I have no idea whether the vaccine is a good idea - I took it because I think the odds of dying from the vaccine are lower than the odds of dying gasping for breath with covid. I dont fancy sadly looking into a news camera saying “If I had the vaccine I wouldnt be dying right now”.

The vaccine has already worked wonders. Where would the world be without them. Anyone who thinks otherwise is completely deluded.
The lives it has saved and the hospitalisations it has prevented completely outweigh any side effects.
Already there have been many deaths because some refuse the vaccine.
Some of the conspiracy theories are just incredibly stupid. For instance take all the nonsense regarding covid passports in England. What’s being said now they have scrapped that idea.
This pandemic has really shown the ignorance and stupidity of some. ]

Sounds right to me Jake, but I know about as much virology as the anti-vax crowd so I m hesitant to say its a totally good thing quite yet.
The big difference is Im prepared to admit Im clueless - something an antivaxxer can never, ever do.

Shame you can’t make the subtle distinction between ‘anti-vaxxers’ and simply folks who don’t wish to be part of an experiment, but not particularly having issues with vaccines per se that have been rigorously tested over several year periods ?

Bingo ^^^^ . I’m not anti vax, I’m anti this vax. Not that I believe that it’ll be particularly detrimental, more that I’m anti being told what to do and even more so when I perceived that coercion, social shame and restrictions upon personal liberty were always going to be the order of the day.
Imagine turning up at your favourite airport to go off with your family to your favourite destination when you are told by officials “right, today we’re rolling out a revolutionary new type of aircraft. It’s never actually been flight tested but we are confident that some of the finest minds in the world have helped design it and they have your best interests at heart. Oh, by the way, if you refuse to board this flight we will ensure that you can never fly anywhere again, you’ll have difficulty accessing shops and one day soon will be unemployable “.
Why do you think your anti- this vax? Is there any other medical procedure, medical issue you are “anti”? Has the doctor ever given you any other treatment and you’ve said “No, I’m anti that”.
Is it just this one? Why do you think that is?
Just one point - all the unvaccinated people who are dying from covid at the moment - what does that suggest to you?
