There are always people in every country who, having made their minds up about something will never change them. Flat earthers, moon landing hoaxers, Trump supporters are just a few examples. In most cases, it doesn’t matter, to me at least, but when people I love can’t get the medical treatment they need because the unvaccinated are clogging up intensive care units, I do get upset.
If it only affected them, I would say good luck with your decision, but I strongly believe that life for the unvaccinated must be made more difficult: They should be barred from any ticketed event, any foreign travel and the rest of us should be able to find COVID-free pubs and clubs. I am sure that some alternative to the jab can be found for those unfortunates who really cannot have it, but the dogmatic fools who refuse to accept the experts’ opinions should be severely restricted.

Yes i should have done so too, but, someone has to be prepared to put their head over the parapet, if for no other reason than to reassure others who might also be questioning the narrative that they arn’t alone, because if all they heard from was the msm and the echo chamber they could easily believe that to be the case.

Say in 10 years time,.worst case scenario, people like me who have been vaccinated along with the people you are going to force into it, end up in wheelchairs or worse, down to a result of the vaccination,.at least people like me will only have themselves to blame, but what about the others?

This is part of the exaggeration I keep banging on about that the likes of our Covid consultant Franglais can not (or will not) accept nor grasp.Only people I know that have died of/with it have had serious health issues prior and during the Covid, or the type of person who never looked healthy as long as I’ve known them.
Others I know who have had it,. of various ages as I’ve said before, had flu symptoms, felt like crap for a few days,.and lost their sense of smell for a while.

To answer your first question, no I don’t have any stats but I listen regularly to Dr Campbell on u tube who is well liked and trusted and backs up everything he says with links from reputable sources.

Yes, some of it may be exaggerated but I am100% sure covid is dangerous and real and that is why I can’t understand people who question the vaccine.
Vaccines have been around a long time and have always been far more helpful than detrimental to our health.
This one will be no different and I’m very certain of that.
You are correct the majority of the younger generation don’t suffer so badly but some do and the more unvaccinated people going around spreading the virus the more likely we are going to get a mutation that escapes the vaccine.
I am sure you are well aware of these facts but we all have and are entitled to our own views on the facts.
My simplistic view may not be 100 % correct but I’m sticking to it.

For those of us that are not fascist thugs, the equalities act 2010 provides protection from being challenged over the many reasons for exemption, for which you do not need to provide evidence of, and you are liable to civil prosecution if challenging a person’s declaration of lawful exemption.

Wow this turned into a very long tread!
For me I wear a mask, yes it’s not 100% effective but it stops the full force of the virus going up my nose. It’s my choice, hopefully it stop me carry it back to my family.
What other people do is up to them, I carnt say who right or wrong not even the scientists can agree. So what chance has the so called experts on here getting it right.
Think it’s the case of agreeing to disagree.
