Our company does this and I know of another local to me, unfortunately opposite end of the country to you.
They put you through your test, get you out with another driver once past to learn the ropes then a week after away you go. Limited places, yes you are ■■■■■■■ for a couple of years but can buy yourself out and as for pay its full rate the same as a qualified driver.
