Great minds think alike, I finish next Friday too and I’m not going back till the 5th Jan - My choosing and the beauty of being on agency work. Always get 2 or 3 weeks off for Christmas and new year and love spending it at home or away at family combining that with a double date with the beer/wine/baileys/whatever else may be going round (delete as applicable) and the darts on Sky Sports. That for me is when the Christmas season properly starts and I’ve always loved everything about it from the family time, being allowed to eat and drink too much and not feeling guilty, the films, the festive football on TV etc

Me too!

Are any rdc open Xmas day? Imagine only truck drivers working will be dairy, sewage collections??

Just got our shifts and it’s awful.

Working 24th, back in 27th.

Only 1st off for new year :frowning:

Have to work the 24th, its a given in our sector, then I’m off until the 5th January  Can’t wait as I’m fair knackered

Got to hand it to you chaps that work over the period though

Been off since 1st Dec, back in for 22nd & 23rd then off 'till 2nd Jan.
Had a load of holidays left unused and it’s a case of use 'em or lose 'em. Boredom is starting to set in now, might have to start finding things to do around the house

Finish next Thursday then going here on the 21st for a week over Christmas www.hotelparadisepark.com and back in on 5th January.

25+26th off.
