All except 3 of the infringements are for insufficient breaks for the working time regulations, and one of those three is where you messed up a manual entry, your employer may care about the WTD infringements that but the DVSA won’t fine you for them.
The two infringements for driving over 4½ hours are minor infringements that we discussed the other day in another thread.
The last four infringements numbered 22, 23, 24 and 25 are all for the same situation when you messed up a manual entry, as you was advised in the other thread do a printout and write an explanation on it.
Although there’s nothing there to really worry about you do need to study the regulations, it appears that you’ve completely ignored the working time regulations and not bothered to have the breaks required for those regulations, the DVSA won’t fine you for those but your employer may/should be bothered about them.
Do yourself a favour and study the regulations, there’s plenty of people here who will help if you have any questions about things you don’t understand.
The regulations you need to study are the EU regulations pages 16 to 24, and for the working time regulations see this post where I’ve set out the breaks required for the RT(WT)R.
I’m thinking of going to vosa offices to sort this out I made a mistake on manual entries around the 18/8 I know I’m trouble
But it plays on my mind I’ve done 14 hrs cpc I like the job but not the stress
I’m not going back to the driving that’s it for me any advice lads…
Also little things like daily rests, same as breaks put in on break at say a minute before the hour and onto working a minute after.
Just get in to the habit of using break at every opportunity and forget POA. This may be frowned upon but I don’t care…

WTF, don’t bother just make a print out for the days in question and make a note on it for any honest ( )mistakes.
Or ask for a bit of retraining and look at Tachographs link above… twice

There is nothing to sort out apart from you learning the regulations and complying with them.
To be honest you’re making too much of this, there are three infringements that matter and one of them was a mistake with the tachograph.
Learn about the WTD breaks and comply with them and all will be fine, you’re panicking over nothing

Woah there, easy tiger. Just take the time to study the rules & ask before you make errors, there are guys on here that really know their stuff on hours & such. There are plenty gadgets or apps to use to keep you in the right, I use the trucker timer. And never, ever volunteer info to someone who could flip you over & do you dry. The chances of getting stopped are slim at best so just relax into the job keep an eye on your hours.
Ha, oatcake beat me to it

Would you like some more toys to throw out of your pram?
CAMARON:
Is it right they can only prosecute 6 months on your card
You probably wouldn’t even get a fixed penalty for the driving offences as long as you’re more careful in future, and you’re certainly not going to be prosecuted.
All but three of the infringements on your card are WTD offences and the DVSA don’t bother with WTD offences at the road-side.
Chill out a bit Cameron those infringements are nowhere near as bad as they look, I assume it was your employer who gave you that infringement sheet to sign so how bothered were they about it ?
To be honest I’m useless at all these digi card things , my advise would be to err, misplace your card and send off for another one for a tenner or whatever it costs and be a bit more careful in the future.

If he had, barring a couple of serious infringements, a clean card, I’d be inclined to agree. However I think if Camaron were to go down that route, his new card would soon end up looking just as bad. What you need to do Cam, old lad, is get on top of both WTD, & RTD, regs, then make sure you work to them. Losing your card is pretty much a one time only “get out of jail”, keep losing em, and you can be certain the men from DVSA will be taking a keen interest in your business!

There’s also the small point that “losing” your card serves no purpose whatsoever other than to cost you money.
The data you are trying to “lose” is stored elsewhere, not just on your card.
Relax tomorrow and don’t worry about it. Works over and whatever has happened, has happened.
Sunday afternoon - look up a basic list of the hours regs and type out (if you have to type it you will recall it better) a bullet point list of the main rules
I.e
4 1/2 hrs driving = 45 mins break
can be divided into a 15 min then a 30 min (not 30 then 15)
Etc.
Keep this A4 with you on the seat/dash so you know it’s there if you get worried.
Someone else will tell you where to find the rules easily cos off the top of my head I don’t know where.
Then from this point on do your utmost to adhere to them.
Learn from this - I’d hazard a guess a fair few of us either fluked it or were shown.
Looks like you fell in the deep end.
There will be times you break them legitimately but concentrate on the basics then we will advance to split rests, ferries etc
Also - I wouldn’t hide this “issue” by losing the card etc - honesty about your mistake would be a mitigating factor and looking dodgy just raises suspicions about everything.
Changing the subject slightly - has anyone ever had any “false infringements” on analysis? I had one this last week which was proved incorrect by a card printout.
