Oh god. You’re in deep ■■■■. :open_mouth:

Hang him by his balls until he’s dead, the judge will say.
(I haven’t actually looked at your picture due to its sideways nature.)

Loads of WTD infringements that you will get away with but the last 2 could be a serious problem.

Have you just passed your test ?

18,21,24,25 are the ones you need to be worried about as VOSA will have your pants down over those, especially 24,25 :open_mouth: . The others are all WTD infringements. VOSA won’t care about those and nor will anyone else except your company. You need to have a read of WTD regs and start complying with them.

Printing it sideways is a £50.00 fine straight off. :sunglasses:

Do you have printouts for those over minutes driving? It also seems that your inputting your data into the tacho wrong.

If you are going in for infringement of the year comp i think your in with a good chance of a win,you dont slot that plastic card in the slot for a laugh, you need to learn the basics at least, its gunna be a costly lesson if not :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

Looks like you need some more training or concentrate better. :open_mouth:

He just needs someone to sit down with him and walk him through the tacho data entry process. I know I messed up my manual entries before.

Might be better with someone to sit down and talk him through life in general as well as a few minutes on correct image orientation.

Left hand down!:

It must be a [what not to do example]that driver trainer assessors use,how do you get set on with no tacho knowledge at all, every firm ive worked for at least ask you a few basic rules

When you next arrive at work, ask another driver to walk you through the motions. Also, have a play on this.

Not if you’re agency. My first time out I had no idea what I was doing with that blasted machine. I say tachograph operation should be part of your test.

To be fair as I’m not a complete stranger to the odd infringement as well as driving bent when tachos where tea coasters, a bit of watching the 6 hour rule and taking breaks a few minutes longer.
i.e
17 minutes instead of a 15, 32 minutes instead of a 30, and 50 minutes instead of a 45 etc…

Still a bit worried about one of them but my advice to the OP is to use a notepad to keep track of start time, driving time and breaks etc.

Sure theres an app but I like a notepad cuz i’m old school, init and ting…
