Well happy with them hours lay in on Monday plus love my Sundays in pub wAtching foottie RIGHT UP. MY STREET

It’s £11 a hour up north

Silver_Surfer:
If you work out of a different depot it’s probably northern money = carp.

I know we’re a bit behind up North compared to you Southerners, but we haven’t used fish for currency for years, we’re on to Groats now.

It’s a message/tracking system used by Tesco,Sainsburys,Stobarts! With a phone built in, easy to figure out when your using it! You can send instant messages like on a dock tipping/loading on a break/POA Stobarts use it to monitor harsh breaking/acceleration and driving style! It’s like a hook up to a super computer I guess! Good luck with the new job mate! I might have gone for that myself if I still lived there but I’m in Norwich now!

Oh I see. Well harsh breaking acceleration etc may not occur much as purfleet to Stratford return and ilford return is not gonna clock much driving up :stuck_out_tongue:

Topmixer. Are they still looking for drivers at Purfleet? I’m too in Chelmsford but would be willing to travel up to that distance for that sort of money

After Xmas they are getting more stores I will ask this week for you , they have two other shifts at mo both taken .

Its a while since I used theirs, but form what I remember:
It auto logs you on when you insert your digi card, asks you to confirm about your daily checks and defects, tells you which trailer you need and to confirm your checks for that. Then thats about all you need until you return to depot when it updates with next load ect.

Its also supposed to inform the store 20 mins and 10 mins before you get there.

Wilkos is a good job, no real rush. Make sure you reload the trailer with the empties in the correct order(ie rubbish, totes, 2 siders, 4siders, cardboard ect), they can get very ■■■■ about that at Manton. Would go back again if it wasn’t so far from me for what I was being paid

Just finished me tea at home and wiping sweat from brow

Well one week in absolutely loving it. Home every night lay ins galore Tips are a doddle back door staff are easy to get on with. Stores are well geared up for driver facility’s free tea coffee microwave. Clean toilets. Even done some Xmas shopping while on bay’s. Plenty of eateries as both tips are in main shopping centres. The lamb curry I took home from ilford arcade last night was too die for  :sunglasses:  oh and all for forty six hrs on paper    and 598 gross MERRY XMAS too all those who turned job down or never turned up on start date and THANK U VERY MUCHLY :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:

New year still here. Could this be the one lol. Easiest job I’ve had in my entire 34 years of employment

Just been asked if I would like to do Stratford on the occasional Saturday. Drive to magor hitch trailer back to Stratford then back to purfleet and home. Around the 240 quid mark I said let me think abt it :stuck_out_tongue:  :astonished:    :open_mouth: :sunglasses: :grimacing: oh go on then
