bung on some light,bars and a windscreen visor,and itl look as good as anything else.
i was out in a xxl recently and the auto braking/lane departure is diabolical.
by heart goes out to anyone on one in black ice or a few inches of snow.
^^^ ah yes, the auto braking that the driver has no control over whatever, no off switch no matter what conditions, one wonders who’s going to be held responsible when the auto braking itself causes an accident on a slippery road when no braking was required at all and no accident would have happened, no need to answer we all know who’s going to shoulder the blame 
Lane departure is still able to be switched off currently , but i am informed that the new model is going to interfere with the steering as well as make a noise, thankfully i’ll be long retired before i have the dubious pleasure of experiencing that nightmare scenario

The base bin/sub woofer option behind the driver’s seat is amazing. Suppose most people don’t spec this. Dunno if they discontinued this option.

Also hope comfort shift is back on the option table, Eaton Twin Split was a perfect partner to the free revving MAN engine back in the days of F90, possibly the best engine/box combo you could get ever drive, pity to hamper such good engines with automatic only.
I think I got one of the last comfort shifts made in 2018. We ordered the next new one 6 months after ‘mine’ came and tried to get manual comfortshift. They had stopped offering it as an option so I doubt they’ll bring it back.

Have had two demo MAN “Lion-X” 510XXL past 4months.
Last one had a smaller sized steering wheel and I was told it had the “new model” drive line.
Both pulled REALLY well and new Traxon gearbox not far off i-shift.
Hope new one keeps ride quality and wide bunk but gets rid N/S blind-spot and stupid sunblind gap!!!
Hope also the cab inside has a much needed upgrade and controls more ergonomic!!!
If they move park brake up onto dash were gear selector was on demo’s be some size of cab to walk around on new model.

And now we see it - MAN Launch
If only we could have had their dream in the mid 70’s when the World was open to us and we could really ‘Live The Dream’
Or in CF’s case complain that we somehow jumped him in the queue for a dream job

You can see the new gen Scania influence in the dash layout and steering wheel…who left the steering wheel the wrong way up for photo ops

Now is that great big mitt sized thing right beside the driver’s knee the gear control, or have they kept manual gearchanging (assume that’s still allowed) on the stalk?
And is that Zanussi washine machine knob (like Jag F type) the gearswitch.

The worst mirrors known to MAN. The ‘knob’ or cursor is fine for LHD vehicles but is gonna take some getting used to in RHD with most peeps being right handed. An opportunity to ditch the ridiculous sized steering wheel missed.
As Juddian has already said it’s rather Scania-ey.
Those headlight clusters look very expensive to replace.
I’m guessing the drive switchgear/lever/stalk is on the left side of the steering wheel.
The cursor/selector thing shouldn’t be an issue as most drivers can change gears with their left hand.
Personally I think it looks good but they’ve missed a trick still using mirrors not cameras. That’ll probably change soon enough.
If it’s priced right and the economy is right it’ll sell well. From what I read dealer backup needs to improve in some areas if users are to be tempted away from the Swedes or Daf.
