Don’t the BBC report on the troubles there anymore?,time to scrap the licence fee I think.
They do, but only when it suits the government agenda…

Along the lines of poor refugees living in danger in France we must let them all in to stop their suffering there. Preferably in the back of a truck so we can fine the operator and house the refugees at the same time.Win win for the Socialists.

Don’t suppose it would help the remainers would it.

Yes bring them all here then we can suffer.
Lovely people, Slippery Dave’s going to form a commune in Chipping Norton for them, an annex just off the Cameron estates.
Oh no sorry, those that get here will be living next door to the poorest poor sods in the country.
Always get those two mixed up.
BBC hasn’t been fit for purpose for many years, it’s become a propaganda machine, alternately promoting and blanking stories to suit, sooner it loses the licence fee and has to earn its way the better.

Remember when they used to say they were independent and unbiased?
I wonder why they dropped that?
If we leave will France still allow uk to enforce uk border controls on French soil ? Or will border controls only be enforced on uk soil?

I’d be happy if it was enforced on UK soil. I’d be ecstatic if it was enforced by the third battalion The Parachute Regiment.
LoL
The think is once they are on uk soil and claim asylum we can’t remove them till we investigate their asylum claim, international law. So the jungle will be moving to the port that serves calais, where is that?

The Falkland Islands!
Do you honestly believe the ferry companies would take the chance of being fined many hundreds of thousands of pounds a day allowing illegal immigrants on it’s boats and then off in the UK…I think not, they would go out of business in a week.

yes because it was a separate deal between France and the UK & FA to do with the EU,(Le Touquet agreement ) But has been used as by project fear earlier on in their campaign of lies
And the French government has confirmed that there are no plans to change it France contradicts Cameron over Calais migrant camps
The general consensus is the border points are part of bilateral agreements. The crossing locations aren’t part of the eu’s powers

Well they were never fined before the agreement to move the uk borders to France, in fact until the illegals get off the boat at Dover they haven’t entered the country , was why many uk lorry drivers would always check their lorries before driving off the ferry, if they found any they would refuse to move until the ferry crew got them off , Because back then you had the likes of willi betz drivers who were paid to get them onto the ferries, and whilst it sailed across the channel they would get on board any other vehicle they were able to, that was the deal with them, so betz drivers didn’t get fines, until P&O banned them using their ferries after seeing video evidence of it happening on the vehicle decks

What difference does it make when the bleeding heart, more like revolutionary takeover, socialists want them all here and given social security rights and won’t allow them to be sent home from either side of the channel.Which is what’s attracting them.
As for the border controls in France they’ve got nothing to do with the EU and we managed just fine before 1973 anyway.
