Lja got my licence back last week whilst was away so dint take long at all so went in this week with licence to have it photocopied so just keepin fingers crossed that company I work for need class 1 agency trip there’s a really nice one to Cardiff that sometimes comes in and girl at agency said she would ask them if would consider me the next time it comes up for agency driver so here’s hopin

Anyway, I hope you get the nod soon and start actually using that shiny new licence you worked so hard to get.
You really plugged away at it, I’m sure it must have been mind-splittingly depressing at times but we all knew you’d get there in the end so well done for not giving up, if you adopt the same “terrier with a bone” attitude towards job hunting I’m sure you’ll be sat in the air seat soon.

Thanks mate! Yeah, to be honest my only concerns was on the financial side of things as I actually quite enjoyed the driving and the tests!! That’s not to say I wouldn’t have liked to have passed it on that very first one, and to be honest, apart from a stupid mistake (not showing the examiner I was checking the trailer brake was on before coupling up) I would have done so!

I should have done my C+E test last Thursday but I had a phone call the day before saying the gear box had gone in the lorry, so it had been cancelled!
