By the pub and Gulf garage? I never passed it quickly as I always stopped for diesel there, free coffees.

What I love, is that one of the most complained about and well publicised roads where the 40mph limit was demonised by so many for so long - the A9 - will remain at 40mph by the virtue of its Scottish location. Keep on trucking (but safely).

Do keep up at the back…

The single carriageway speed limit for HGVs between Perth and Inverness was increased to 50mph last September.

And I missed this post, oh well

Any Tesco drivers on here with news?

Have those ‘Taking Your Safety Seriously’ stickers now been torn off/updated? :open_mouth: :stuck_out_tongue:

I keep crashing in to fields today and having to call for recovery. Some of these roads shouldn’t be 50mph.

Everybody seems to think it’s the panacea to all drivers problems. I think it’s mostly ok, because the real drivers among us will treat every road on it’s own individual merits and drive accordingly.
On the other hand, the ‘James Hunts’ among us, (in both a racing driver context AND rhyming slang)will see it as a passport to be even bigger James Hunts on the road given that their low iq logic will be 'ah well I’m only 6mph over the limit :bulb:

> You must not drive faster than the speed limit for the type of road and your type of vehicle. The speed limit is the absolute maximum - it doesn’t mean it’s safe to drive at this speed in all conditions.

Some people need to learn to read before posting total dribble on here about keeping to the limit ffs :unamused:

Oh to be a driving god
