So pass the buck, your outsiders friends are bleeding the country dry
In 2019 when Trump was on a state visit to London, he did pass comment on Khan.
So, what was it you said before about politicians commenting on other country’s politicians?
And in this case? Not even a national leader, nor a foreign minister.
Seems even worse than someone from Up North telling Londoners who they should vote for.
Not a scooby mate I’ve slept since then, …but no doubt you will have it recorded in your brain chapter AND verse…pray do tell me…
(If you feel the need)
Keir Starmer will engage in ‘intensive diplomacy’ (he’ll need to with knee pads after his epic f.up with the anti Trump speeches of old ) …over the coming weeks with meetings in Europe and talks with Donald Trump in Washington.
I get it that European leaders should be directly involved in these peace talks instigated by Trump.
I also think it’s a good thing Trump is starting this peace move, whatever his reasons, motive or agenda is,… it is a start and the potential end (ie a success,) will justify the means on many levels…even the haters and the bitter surely cannot argue with that ffs!
I don’t go with it being as described ‘appeasing Putin’ either…although Putin has lost a lot of face (and credibility) in this,.and will not want to lose anymore.
I suppose he will require some sort of concession, but it needs to be mutually acceptable with Ukraine…so good luck with that one eh?
I also think that Putin will think he can ‘play’ Trump which no doubt the haters will concur, (possibly including Putin) who think that Trump is an idiot , but I am not so sure if that will be the case because newsflash…
He aint really.
I also notice that Zelensky is implying (after realising he wont be joining NATO anytime soon) and is advocating for, a breakaway combined European Force of military alliance as an alternative to NATO.
Now I aint a military expert by any stretch, but I do think that it would be a big mistake.
I also hope that if it does actually come off, and bearing in mind even if the UK is an island but geographically a part of Europe, I hope we have no part of it, and maintain an alliance with the US instead …no doubt the Trump and the US haters will strongly disagree with that.
History has proven a few times who have been both our friends and enemies and who the best ally is to have by your side in a ruck.
Bring on the bitterness.
(Jeez I have just read that back and surprised even myself…I am starting to sound like a grown up )
^^^^^
Love it.
Q.
How many Trump supporters does it take to fix a light bulb?
A.
None.
He tells them he has fixed the light bulb, and they just stay in the dark.
Nah…Andy’s Gazza joke is much funnier…
Here’s one from me.
Q.
How many Starmer supporters are left on Trucknet, who actually believes everything he says and suitably ignores everything he does wrong for the country, so does not comment, …but still goes on to defend him?
A.
Only one.
On second thoughts a joke aint a joke if it’s a statement of fact.
So pretend I didn’t say it.
A leftie protest …Martin Luther had a dream that we would judge a person by the content of their character and not the colour of their skin and now they have removed the dei programs so they are judged by the content of their character and not their ski… oh wait
Boris Who?
Oh, the former journalist who was sacked for lying.
Twice? Thrice?
And resigned from Parliament after he was found to have lied to the Queen and to Parliament. And chickened out of seeking re-election.
The same Boris who is a buddy of both Trump and raised Russian friends of Putin to the Lords although the security services told him not to.
That Boris.
I did read what he said, and I can only imagine that he is doing for Don, what Don is doing for Vlad.
Boris Johnson definitely lives rent free in Franglais’s head.
At least he doesn’t bear grudges eh?
This is what’s it’s all about, trump will cave on some of the things he said he would not do, its a business deal
We;; yes. Of course it is.
If he can’t see a way to turn a buck he will do nothing.
And even if he has an agreement, even one he negotiated it himself, and the wind changes direction , he will renege on that deal. Just look at Canada.
Zelensky can let Putin have everything or let Trump have half…for now…And it’s a fair bet that half will change, and Putin will get what he wants if he leaves theUS alone in Ukraine.
After he gets his business deal
