Since you wrote communist party in big block capitals…it must be true!
I am unsure about your credentials though.
Because you didn’t call them damn pinko commies, or bloody heathens, how can we know that you aren’t really one of…them.…

On Sky live at 5pm Jeez it was real puke bucket stuff.
‘Ego stroke’: Internet blasts behavior at Trump’s Cabinet meeting
Why would they criticise it.The obvious solution is to import tariffs is to buy American. With the win win of employing American workers and putting the resulting tax revenues and economic growth into the US defence budget not China’s.
Not Communist domination. In the case of the Labour Party muppets and their supporters.
Communist infiltration and subservience to Moscow and Beijing. Those wanabee Bolsheviks don’t have enough brains between them to dominate anything.
Infiltration also means the so called Conservative Party.Thatcher was the best leader that China ever had with the exception of Nixon and Reagan.
So first we give them the engine for the Mig 15, admittedly not as good as the Super Sabre’s based on German axial flow technology and design, then Wilson ordered the destruction of the TSR2 drawings and tooling and crushing and shredding of all existing production.Wonder why ?.
It seems we have a Rob v comrade Franglais type argument, but you’ve chosen the Socialist run away from inconvenient facts, with your fingers in your ears crying foul, approach and tactic.
Rather than a serious Cabinet meeting this came across more like the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party
Take outs from the report:
Wow, Gulf of America silly hats for everyone in the Cabinet.
One TV stream focused on the back of Musk’s Head when he was speaking.
“…Just one big ego stroke for him. Nauseating to watch these brown noses.”
“It’s amazing how Trump manages to turn every cabinet meeting into a reality TV show.”
It’s as if everything he does needs to be captured on film. He’s taken narcissism to a whole new level. If you didn’t know better you’d be forgiven for thinking you were watching a poor 60’s US comedy show. “The Trumps at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave”
It looks like things are going right (or at least, not so wrong) for Ukraine at the moment.
Given Trumps habit of changing direction on a whim, we will have to wait and see what happens over the coming months and years. Since so much much has happened in his first 100 days who would predict what the next 100 weeks will bring? And the next? Not me.
The best outcome of the past few weeks - from my perspective - would be if Trump has finally realised that Putin has been playing him and decides to commit at least defensive equipment to the cause. A strong show of unity from the US and Europe could bring this war to a close quicker that Trump could ever achieved. Perhaps threatening Putin rather than appeasing him is the way to go. Just my opinion obviously.
I agree.
Let us hope that this is a new course that Trump actually holds to.
The Press Secretary , Karoline Leavitt is at it as well. As well as the daily presser, with any askers of difficult questions excluded, she also has another one for “the faithful”.
YouTubers and other influencers, those who fall over themselves to spread the good word, get to suck up to her and the administration away from the professional fourth estate.
As the comments say it is difficult to tell fact from fiction today.
For those of us of a certain age, I think that Tom Lehrer pronounced that parody was dead when Kissinger won a Noble Peace Prize.
Whoops link
Id be more inclined to think the next 7 days
Unfortunately the cold truth is that nobody will stand up to him with the exception of Canada in there own way
Even the interview with trump about the tattoo was unbelievable, bullying at its best and the reporter trying to make him look good
Why doesn’t someone who has the knowhow just take a photo and shove it in his face or print it in the newspapers
There all afraid Even the multi millionaire’s nobody wants to go against him
I guess the proximity of Canada means he’s more in their face so it’s probably natural that they are the voice that’s heard most. I wonder why Trump doesn’t want to annex Mexico. Have they no natural minerals that the US could exploit? Think of all the cheap labour the US manufacturers could obtain. He’s missed a trick there, I think.
Complicated.
At least your reply was simple
Hero to some on here.
I hit the send button too early so abbreviated the reply! Whoops!
If Mexico became the 51st or 52nd state, then would the citizens have the right to move anywhere in the US? That might mean more labour and depressed wages for the US factories, but what would happen to the current MAGA voters? Quite apart from brown skinned Spanish speakers moving into the neighbourhood of the Trump fans.
And would that be importing Democrat voters?
But to the north, mainly pale and mostly English speakers? Already on decent pay? Not a threat to the US status quo, I reckon.
What he needs is satellite country like the USSR had? Or a subject nation for the US empire?
I was (hopefully obviously) speaking tongue in cheek but it does raise an interesting juxtaposition. On the one side of the fence you have an irritating neighbour who has considerable assets that you cherish. On the other side you have an equally irritating neighbour who looks and speaks differently but is on the poverty line. However, you have a grand plan to bring millions and millions of jobs into you country that your fellow countrymen and women don’t want to do. Oh what a dilemma.
You’re slipping old buddy. The true indicator would be, how much of one’s disposable income after paying off all one’s debts etc, that one uses to fund terrorism, I mean imperialism, NO! I meant securing world peace. As you know, this country is bankrupt and being propped up with pretend wealth, while the billionaires continue to siphon off as much gold and silver to their cosy little Mediterranean islands. This is what makes me laugh about the indignant right who if they but opened their eyes would realise all they are doing is supporting the capitalist carpet bagging oligarchs, when they obediently trot out the
“migrants are to blame”
“unemployed are to blame”
“the disabled are to blame”
“trans women are to blame”
“socialists are to blame”
“wolfie and franglais are to blame”
instead of the greedy filthy rich ■■■■■■■■ who are sucking billions out of the country.
At least some of the money spent on migrants gets spent in local shops.
You do realise that the beeb is big enuff for reporting to vary according to who is doing it, while the big fat lazy overpaid bosses doze after expensive lunches paid for by the viewer’s TV tax. So one minute a bbc report will sound pro Israeli, and the next, another report will sound sympathetic to innocent hospital and aid workers, women and children currently being massacred. Even the torygraph has these lapses in editorial control, occasionally a torygraph article will almost sound neutral (too much to expect them to ever cross the Rubicon into socialism though)
Remember our own cause celebre. Shamima Begum. A british citizen by birth, not even a migrant or naturalised. We in the UK are actually worse off technically than americans. Well we were until the orange suit took power and threw out the American Constitution.
And that is why despite all the ridiculous right lapping up reform and tory propaganda to exit the UK from the ECHR, we must not because it acts as a brake on starmer or ferret face or the next tory leader from chucking us out if we upset them too much.
Stop and think you all. The very same arguments that you are making about loss of freedom of speech, and the court cases that have seen people jailed recently, with less international legal protections in place, that miss-use of powers could become wide spread as in other banana republics, and a hell of a lot more of us could end up disappeared.
You’re so keen to have the UK implement and use foreign detention centres run by foreign governments with worse human right’s records than the UK. Fancy being an inmate in one because you upset Milliband or Reeves?
Swords tend to be double edged.
I am not accusing you of being the sort of person to want annexe your neighbours. ( I don’t know if they have a better fruit trees than you?) Looking at Trump it is, I suggest, not beyond him at all to consider such things. His talk about Canada and Greenland might seem a step too far, but never underestimate the nuttiness of a nutter.
