Bullyling at work

hard to call,is this one,its allright saying kill the ■■■■■■■■ if you aint the type it aint never gonna happen. you could try befriending someone who is a bit tasty.....i dont know.
on the other hand you get some pricks that deserve a hard time.there was a bloke where i used to work(postman pat) who was a right slippery ■■■■■■■ would ■■■■ the young uns over, stir ■■■■ when ever he had a chance(and sometimes when he did`nt) and generally cause trouble.
for a while, he took some proper stick, but eventually he learned, and now he just keeps his head down.
nobody trusts him though

Sounds like he’d make a great weighbridge operator

slackeye:
‘…there is a driver that … does not like me … i dont know what to do…’

A successful solution will also be about what not to do.

Think very hard about:

  1. Getting confrontational/physical, because bruises & covertly sited cameras rarely lie.

  2. Putting stuff in writing, because it seems to live forever and may bite back one day.

Could grace, humour or a scalding brew in his lap help?

He wants a reaction. Don’t give him one and he’ll get bored and go away.
