That’s St. Paul’s dead centre of London no factories in sigh but their registered office is there but HQ is in port Glasgow
might be a polytechnic ? can you not phone them to ascertain the correct address…
well if its wrong and it should be glasgow at least your on the A1
I’d defo phone them, that would be a pretty big ■■■■ up going to London when you where supposed to go to port Glasgow 
I’ve went to the wrong place once but it was only 6 miles a difference

Suppose sometimes you give them plenty of warning about potential problems and it falls on deaf ears anyway. I had a huge wooden crate taking up over half the trailer a few months back. It was going to East Kilbride and I new 100% the address was an office complex. No way the crate was coming off there. I asked the office to check it out but they were adamant that was the right address. Off i go, gets there and the company I’m looking for was on the 3rd floor. Turns out someone in Italy where the crate had come from had put the invoice address as the delivery address. Should have been going to Peterhead. Buggered up my collections for the rest of the day, all for the sake of not listening to me and making a quick phone call to the shipper.
I don’t get this messing about with wrong addresses. It should be back to the yard and that will be a £100 re-delivery charge sir.

It’s a pickup
No office person ever listens to the driver’s opinion…
They simply can not comprehend that between the moaning, whining, ■■■■■■■■, excusing, and complaining, there can be any common sense or actual knowledge.
And who can blame them? 
As in damoq’s post, on a Wednesday I told the 8 year old planner that the meatworks at my first drop the following Monday would be shut for their show day (Ipswich, Qld), no they won’t he said. On the friday, the same story. Lorry loaded over the weekend and off I go to Ipswich 5.00am… well I’ll be buggered, it’s closed, whoda thought it. It was all on behind and on top of other drops, so out of sheer bloody mindedness I took it all back, just to get him a rollicking off the boss.
