As in damoq’s post, on a Wednesday I told the 8 year old planner that the meatworks at my first drop the following Monday would be shut for their show day (Ipswich, Qld), no they won’t he said. On the friday, the same story. Lorry loaded over the weekend and off I go to Ipswich 5.00am… well I’ll be buggered, it’s closed, whoda thought it. It was all on behind and on top of other drops, so out of sheer bloody mindedness I took it all back, just to get him a rollicking off the boss.That’s a bit harsh. Hard for him to be good at it as an 8 year old…
