it is indeed a pareizs darbswhat a complete sickener though surely at 11-6 you would be ducking before the cab went through, never mind the trailer? poor man.

He must have taken the roof off the tractor unit as well! [emoji15]
I sort of get it when someone grazes a bridge but when they’re approaching a bridge that low surely alarm bells must go off in their heads! I regularly approach bridges marked higher than the 12”8 I run at and think bloody hell that looks low.
Yes it’s not good but maybe Mr flops first time over the water, (that’s if any foriegn driver is actually from abroad these days) different roads signs etc.
But if he is from over the water poor bugger pittance wages trailer to pay for and no load delivered no wages and stuck in a strange country.
P. S having never been abroad in a truck he got further than I would so fair play.
Looks like he’s texting his boss one of the better bridge strikes more photos please.
“Hi boss man,I have had little bump in uk…just caught top of trailer, send help”
he certainly wasn’t doing 30mph to do that
He’s texting his boss to say fridge won’t get to temp

Wow! That is a PROPER mess innit?
I think it´s safe to say the bridge is clearly marked. …
I have lost all sympathy for those that do this.
There is an innate capacity in most of us to know the height of something, like spatial awareness, hell, it is a part of it…Language, country of origin has no bearing on this, it is within us as humans, if you do not have that, then you should not be driving a large vehicle of any sort…End of.
Andrejs:
This truck i think have bamper strike
Truck called Stella… driver probably drinking that by the gallon.
At least he didnt get stuck part way so easier to recover it. But at that height, not even sure most rigids would get through. Be interesting to know if the cab made it as mentioned. Are most euro trailers still 4.0m?

Yes.
Also worth pointing out it will be like a Euroliner that can be stripped down so is arguably that bit weaker than a normal curtaibsiser as it has more joints/connections etc
Stopped on a red route as well, were is easy left ndom,so if I ever go there I’ll look out for the bridge
I can’t see why he’s stopped, he got through didn’t he.
