The screen shot says
“Tattoo artists in EU will no longer be allowed to use coloured ink after Jan 4th.”
But as I quoted from BBC
“The EU has given a grace period to two common colours, blue and green, to allow time for alternatives to be found”
So blue and green, which are coloured inks, are not banned from Jan 4th.

Small point…EU membership involves freedom of movement without visas.
Allowing more Indians to come in by visa is just a tad different.
