Banned from driving hgv

i have my suspitions about someone, he reckons he’s had enough of driving, so he’s taking some time off.
i’m sure he’s had his hgv entitlement taken away, but there is no way he’ll admit to it. he’s a smug ■■■■■■ that would sell his own grandmother for the price of a pint, but there are some people that think the sun shines out of his arse.
i don’t believe a word that comes out of his gob. so how can i catch him out.

if i could find a website where i could check to see if he’s been banned, then i could show him up for being the liar that he is.
i just want one opportunity to wipe that [zb]ing smug grim off his fat face.

the thing is. his licence won’t have been taken away, i suspect his hgv entitlement will have been suspended by the traffic commissioner. so it might not be as simple as a dvla, or licence bureau check.

if it has been suspended by the TC, the TC will notify DVLA and it will show up on a licence check

If you send money to the DVLA,they can tell you for a small fee.

Phil wouldnt ring the police well he wouldnt for a drunk driver or a driver on drugs judging by his posts on other topics so the police are most definatly out of the question.

and as far as i am aware you cant do a dvla check without the chaps permission first!
