I am not sure how it works,can the DVLA give addresses out if some one drove off after damaging your truck or car,wing mirrors etc.?
If you work for a company that do periodic driver licence checks though the dvla you have to sign a consent form.
I don’t think the dvla give information to members of the public I think it has to be an insurance company or the police etc.
