Bands you wish you'd have seen, or want to see

20 or so I guess back in the days when you had qué up in person for tickets non this waiting hours online

No idea mate I wasn’t even born

So who did you like and who do you still remember from that time
What brings back your memories

I enjoyed watching Live Aid, it was the year before I joined the army. I can’t believe it’s been 40 years. I’ve got 9 years to retirement! :downcast_face_with_sweat:

I was aware that Live Aid was taking place, but it was a sunny weekend in Sennelager, there was beer to be drunk and I was a walking hormone so it barely crossed my radar.

That’s my tickets paid for to see Illegal Eagles.

I was lucky enough to see The Eagles just before Glen Frey died…excellent gig.

I reckon somtimes it’s maybe better to see a well honed tribute band as some originals simply aint as good as they were in their hey day.

In The Eagles case.Henley is a bit up his own arse nowadays, he has also been accused of miming at gigs…rightly or wrongly.
Guitarist Don Felder who wrote Hotel California is long gone, and Glen Frey is dead.
So if the Illegal Eagles are actually good you have maybe made the right (and cheaper) choice.
