It’s not like grassing up an organised crime gang for a string of murders or class A drug smuggling is it. It’s telling the office the lazy ■■■■ er if a driver couldn’t be arsed spending 15-20 mins to strap a load up so why should they not be told when we all get paid the same

Why’s it got ■■■■ all to do with me if I’m doing other drivers work because they are too lazy? And if I don’t say anything they will just keep not bothering. So if these other drivers are ■■■■■■■ you off, and are costing you more work, why don’t you approach them and tell them instead of running to tell the boss.
A guy came in our place with a trailer for me not strapped, it was packaging and I got the …‘It’s only light stuff, no need’ crack, I said ‘We all know there is no real need, but it’s ME not you who gets nicked mate’
He stayed back and helped me strap it, everybody was happy, no dramas, nobody getting in the ■■■■ unnecessarily. :sunglasses: :bulb:
Now if he had just ■■■■ ed off, rather than me go running to the teacher, I’d spend half an hour outside the office window, strapping up…ways and means of achieving things which are much better than being a complete arse hole Rowley. :bulb:

That was my point Jake, I did do something about it, I mentioned it to the guy and everything got sorted, I did not get nicked, no unpleasantness, and nobody got into bother …job sorted.

Because the company is to big to know every driver and know who’s brought a trailer in and left it like that. By the time I’ve gone to the office and asked who it was, if they actually tell me I might not even know who that driver is. Most of the drivers that I know and would talk to actually do it all properly anyway. I know you don’t have to be an arse about it. I might just tell the office look I’m delayed leaving as this load isn’t strapped so I’m doing that first. Fair enough right?
