Corporate. I would say DHL was best, other smaller companies have been good to me. Gift vouchers and 50 to 100 in the bin.
Our drivers are due to receive an £80 Xmas bonus…but you only get it on January 5th…if you have turned up for
every shift on your rota throughout December and New Year. Any absences = No Bonus.
Hand written card, a large box of Italian delicacies and tableware (yeah, I know it’s a bit strange, maybe they got a good deal on it), and 450 euros in the wages. Small Dutch firm that’s growing (a new truck arrived last Wednesday) and been there just under a year.
Fuel pump gone on my land rover.
Gave it a crack…she’ll pull off the yard.
Fiesta to the rescue

Any goods get damaged (and salvaged) by your company last year? Maybe in transit from Italy?
Still better being given away than being chucked in a skip though.

We have literally tons of polished stones bagged up which come out of our grading facility (too small/chipped/broken/ discoloured ect) which drivers can help themselves to. Theyre fine for gardens/borders ect, better than the landfill…

300 cash all in and stuff from the folk we deliver to and load from. A buckshee pile of cheese and a bottle of grappa is always welcome.
