What, all six of them? Nah, cutbacks is the name of the game, you hardly see a traffic cop nowadays who arguably contribute more to road safety than DVSA. So if their numbers have been decimated in the name of “savings” what the hell has happened to DVSA who rank in the publics perception slightly lower than them fellas who scrape bird excrement off of public buildings?

Any idea what would happen if you were involved in a RTC and had no card? I dont think the Insurance company would need much excuse not to pay out as you shouldnt be on the road technically.

Well the driver would i assume still hold a licence for that category of vehicle. But a good question. My guess is that the Operator of the vehicle would have to answer a lot of questions. So i’d say the driver could relax
