Found this card this morning, it belongs to a Ian Neal Payne.
Just off the A303 at West Knoyle there is an Esso service station and a Starbucks, just behind it on the old road is a lay by…it was found on there.
I was going yo leave it with the kid in the shop but he was giving off a lot of ‘Couldn’t give a ■■■■’’ vibes, so I decided to keep it.
So if you are on here Ian, or any of his mates, let me know and I will put it in an envelope to you…

Expires Jan 22 btw before anybody thinks it’s his old one…(as I just did now after I posted this. )
Police should be able to get an address from that.
.
.
(A Police Station is summat that used to exist in towns and villages etc…)
Asad_uk:
Maybe you could try calling dvla and they could possible forward it to the registered address.
Couldn’t be arsed to try and get any joy out of that shower of ■■■■ mate, liife’s too short to be put into telephone oblivion for an hour with them, …,
@Franglais…Not to keen on having anything to do with the ■■■■ Old Bill either tbh, after recent events (which I ain’t going to elaborate on btw), but I suppose they are the best of the 2 evils if nobody on here knows this lad.
If the guy has a landline (possibly contract mobile too) the Police will have access to details. I have asked for help in the past when needing to contact someone urgently and only had name and address. If they decide the matter is important enough then they will get him to contact you.

And you just gave away one of your hidden spots
Well furstly it ain’t exactly hidden, but apart from that I only pulled on there for a coffee this morning anyhow.
The pumps were busy, and you couldn’t get on adjacent Starbucks park for a couple of cars parked in awkward places,.so I pulled on lay by for 15 mins break…sorry bud.
Hmmm I’m away tonight so got the Mrs on the case,.I don’t think the lad wants to be found,.(and I’ve drawn loads of attention to him )
Back to the Old Bill plan when I get back I reck.
Stopped a Police car as I was getting my kit to take in the house, thought that’s handy it’ll save me a trip to the station.
Basically he didn’t want to know, he said if I give him it, it would just get destroyed.
