Coming northbound up A1 this afternoon just before 2 o clock and I’m following 2 foreign wagons pulling tilts. Nothing unusual there but I can see something hanging out the top of the curtain and blowing in the wind. Never thought much of it until the wagon started to slow down so I pulled out to overtake and realise there is a person in the back with their hands sticking out the curtain waving this cardigan!!
I got level with the driver and give him a good honk of the horn to make him aware and then he and his mate pulled into the next layby just before colsterworth. Dialled 999 straight away as I don’t wanna be paying for yet more illegals!
Anyway they said they were sending someone out and took a few details. I hadn’t got far past colsterworth before I met 5 police cars and a van coming flying down the A1 towards Colsterworth. Just wondered if anyone had seen any police activity in the Colsterworth area and whether they’d managed to nick the stowaways?!

it makes no difference there in the country now we have to look after them,all it did was waste police time and fuel in there cars

Oh well at least they locked them up. It’s easier to get rid of them when they’re in custody rather than running wild!
Too late for the authorities to take any action as the law says the immigrants are told to make their own way to a holding centre and do not need to be taken there, just given the address.

they wont be locked up by now usually taken to police station bailed to appear back told to go to a centre make there own way but never turn up just dissapear

Looks pretty good quality to me. Gonna have to invest in a new one soon, my i-view is encrypted & I can’t get the thing to play back for some reason, lost the original software disc so downloaded off the net.
