Another Stobart superstar

If the Stobarts superstar who have just pulled out of Ffyes is on here, you may want to actually close your doors sometime soon!
Pulled off the bat, straight out the yard like someone was chasing him and out onto the road, round the roundabout and presumably onto the M6…with his door open o my secured by the handles.

Bet they won’t show that on Ch5!!!

Might have nicked it [emoji54]

dozy?

maga:
dozy?

Nah. Dozy would only do something like that if the trailer was secured to the building, thus removing part of the wall. And when he exited the gates he would have made sure to smash the door into the security hut and take out part of the fence with the swinging door.
He would then have came on here, told us all about it,and then placed the blame squarely on the warehouse staff for not telling him his doors needed closed

Scandalous…because I’ve never done that, ever. I defeinitely didn’t drive out a yard in Enfield and wonder when I got to Stanstead if I’d closed my doors. In my defence, if at all it did happen, it was an up and over door so I couldn’t see it open. If it had been left open. Which I can can neither confirm or deny.

Do only Stobart do this in front of you because I have seen many others do it in front of me but never thought about posting about it :unamused:
Oh sorry I’ve just realised - Stobart, have a go :open_mouth:

Once you hit the great heights of min wage and a class 1 license ( but don’t forget their full time, you know) you never make a mistake in life and can post up constant drivel on forums about others mishaps!

It’s funny cos it’s true :grimacing:

I tied my nearside back door open when parked overnight, walked round in morning doing check and still left it open …until I noticed in mirror after driving 2 miles.

I pulled away from a drop in the week, 1/2 mile down the road I stop to let a bus come past the other way, a guy in a open top sports car pulls out to overtake me, I think what a impatient t–t, he stops alongside me and before I can tell him what I think he says " excuse me sir but your rear door is swinging open" then reverses back behind me.

Yes only Stobart because they are idiots.

And nobody here has left a door open or had a tip or done anything wrong, O we are so perfect, then you have the fools who look at things like this and never tell the person to help them to stop it. What a new world we live in, we are so perfect.

If I could of told him I would of,he pulled up to the gates which are in front of the bay’s where I assumed he would stop to shut his doors but no he carries straight on out the yard, and as I was on the bay minus my keys my horn didn’t work.
I once stopped a wagon by frantacly flashing my lights after he came out of Stafford services I. The early hours with his barn doors flapping about,I assume the baddies wanted to see what he had in his trailer while he was on the services.

Thanks for confirming my beliefs though, yes I am perfect.

I don’t think so

The gates are in front of the bay’s,you pull off the bay’s and the gates are directly in front of you,so he pulled off the bay up to the gates where normally you would stop to close your doors ,he didn’t bother with the stopping or closing doors bit.

For your clarification…note the bay’s and the gates,he pulled off the bay’s,straight up to and through the gates-

Right in front of you, need I say more.
