them 15 hours stobby shifts are a ■■■■■,made a few balls up myself when there half asleep but luckily fate was on my side.
Stoke lad! texting!
15mph and lobbed the Bulgarian out of his bed, dangling out the windscreen !
I can name the Stoke lad,IF YOU WISH!

That hi-viz was obviously faulty…
But why are they both on the wrong side of the road
whether the vehicle that they crashed into was lit up or not — how the [zb] can you miss summat the size of a trailer when you got your headlights on
surely it’s time to pack in driving cos the driver obviously can’t see what’s in front of them…

That estate is one huge one-way system
The dustcart says “Caution, operatives working at rear” on it. Someone should have told the driver to check round the front once in a while.

I agree, you couldn’t take that out because the hi-viz is under the cab!!! That’s simply unsafe, unless of course a comprehensive risk assesment has been carried out by a fully qualified nob head!!

Phew, that shovel was lucky, not a scratch on it.
Harry Monk:
No need to involve the Police or judicial system here, after just two posts on TruckNet we know exactly how it happened and what the penalty should be.
lol,good observation
al_P:
driver was ok afaik just few scratches , not sure how the load was strapped on the stobarts tbh
two straps across the back 2 pallets, thats all it was when i did it
I hope the three guys are OK…
Having read ‘Caution operatives working at rear’ ,this did make me smile In a rather sick & twisted way…
We need to look out for ‘their rear’, but the driver’s not looking out for the front…
Just thought I’d bump this thread to say the ESL driver is ok, had been cleared by the Police of any sin (including texting!!) and is back at work.
So, I guess those quick to jump to conclusions should hold back until the truth comes out.
In yer dreams!!!

OK, let’s see if I’ve got this right.
Everyone ‘cleard’ by any court or enquiry is not guilty of anything, & that’s the ‘truth coming out’■■
In that case, everryone ever convicted of any crime WAS guilty, & that’s the ‘truth coming out’■■
Therefor, everyone found ‘not guilty’ simply couldn’t have done what the prosecution tried to convict them of, even if they ‘got off’ on a tecnicality DIDN’T do it because a not guilty verdict in your parallel universe is; the ‘truth coming out’?
So some rich banker employes a top lawyer who influences those 12 peers of the comunity that his client is beyond guilt, etc etc.
“In yer dreams!!!” No, in your dreams, dreamer.
Ross.
Apart from the sin of not paying attention & crashing in to a stationary wagon?
Unless your about to tell us the steering or the brakes failed that is.
