Another pair of clowns

Ok - Own Up!

Saw two cockwombles doing a trailer swap in a lay by on the A1 not too long ago. Was a little bit odd seeing someone reverse out into lane one. Even at 2am it was ridiculous to even consider it.

Great bit of advertising for the company… not.

So, as it says at the end, police informed, would these two be getting criminal charges bought against them or will they just be fined?

I like the way they put REVERSING in big bold capital letters to make a point and ramp up the drama. Like its usually done some other way but reversing just made it all the more dangerous some how

There is a member on here who works for them but I know his credentials are better than that .

That’s standard Daily Wail-like Patter to get the attention of all the “Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells” Victor Meldrew types… :sunglasses:

I have only ever seen that done when one unit had broken down and another unit was brought out to allow the trailer to continue on its journey, not swapping trailers over though. A bit of overdramatising on the reporters behalf though! :unamused:

Pete.

Nothing to see here, no puppies died…over dramatisation…

Not a sensible place really but come on, over dramatisation for sure.

Providing the lead tractor is not reversing around his own trailer on the live lane than I don’t see any major problem, a minor transgression in my book, and a 1000x less annoying than the fuel tanker I seen a few weeks back driving through a local village with the driver holding what looked like a phone to his ear.

I don’t think it’s over-dramatised, of course we don’t know the exact circumstances of why they was doing a trailers swap on a motorway, but if it was done there just out of convenience the 2 drivers need their heads examined.

If that was a car driver having a rest the people here would be slagging the driver off and shouting about how dangerous it is to park on a hard shoulder.

Isn’t there maidstone services at j8,pair of dangerous muppets

Those maidstone services are worth avoiding - it could be argued… :stuck_out_tongue:

Not during the day Winseer, then again they could’ve come off at 8 and used the A20, which runs along side practically and come back on at 9

Why did the nut put large pictures of beach wear…the company involved is an english company DALE BROS…and i assume english drivers…or maybe agency, or that they employ east europeans as do many other well known companies.

I thought it said “Dole Brothers” which sort of made me chuckle
