Basically he overtakes a cyclist with no lights and he tries to teach the cyclist the error of his ways by sounding a powerful air horn in his face as he passes. He then spends the next five minutes shouting and swearing at himself while he tries to come to terms with the trauma of overtaking an cyclist with no lights. A lot of fuss over nothing much really. The video would have been much more interesting had he actually “smegged the cyclist out”.
